title: lol, so angry today. was busy with my stuff and a customer approached me. she wanted to do refund.BUT BUT, tempt staffs are NOT supposed to do refund, so of cos i went to find my full time staff rite? den she give me the face like i have offended her! WTH. hello, i even spoke to u nicely with a smile on my face to ask u to hold on hor!!!!!
den i wanted her to proceed to the next cashier, cos ful time staff was there, AND she said," wat? den i gonna queue again? i'm in a rush!" hello! is u who wanna do the refund lei. who ask u wan to do. u ask for it okay? nth better to do(wan refund. den u shld not buy it in the first place) and wats more! is there anyone queueing at the next cashier? no right? think u are the customer and i must do everything to please you? hello, i'm not ur maid man. so after i settled her at the next cashier i went back to do my things, not caring bout her.cos e full time staff is not at the cashier yet. ur prb lo. u guve me attitude n i'll give u attitude back!>< HENCE, i stared nack at her and walked away! hmmph! the second one was, one customer asked me whether there is this black singlet and dunno wat de. and i told her that i'm not sure.AND she replied:oh ok.of cos u are not sure!becos u don know! hello! if u know den u go find urself la. can't u see i'm busying hanging clothes? sd!
